Please include your device (iPhone / browser), roughly when the issue happened, and whether you were signed in.
Getting started
- Collection — what you own; tap to change quantity or remove
- Catalog — browse by animal type; tap the circle to mark owned
- Search — by name or 5-digit item number
- Settings — refresh catalog, backup, sign in, household, delete account, legal
Sign-in (magic link)
No password. Settings → email → Send magic link → open email on the same phone → tap the link.
iPhone tip: For the website, use Safari (home-screen app and Safari don't share login). In TestFlight/App Store, if Mail opens Safari, choose Open in Figurine Shelf. Request a new link if needed.
Sharing with a partner
- Person A signs in → Create household → copies invite code
- Person B signs in → Join household → pastes code (replaces B's local collection)
Share invite codes only with people you trust.
Backups
Settings → Export / Import JSON. Home-screen and TestFlight installs don't auto-share data.
Delete account
Settings → Delete account — removes login and membership; last member also deletes shared cloud household data.
Common issues
- Email rate limit — wait ~1 hour or use custom SMTP (Twilio Email). Send one link at a time.
- Signed in but "Local only" — you may be in the home-screen app while Safari has the session. Use Safari and look for "Signed in as …".
- Missing photos — many retired items have no official photo; try Refresh catalog online.
- App name — Figurine Shelf (not "Schleich") for trademark reasons.
